At the start of 2021, we left to brew a Barley Wine with Tonka bean at Jef de la Brasserie Oude Maalderij.

 

We left with 500L of this beverage that we aged in freshly emptied barrels of rum from Panama.

 

After 8 months in these barrels, we have arrived at a perfect alliance between the sweetness of Barley wine, the gourmet side of the tonka bean and the powerful aromas of rum!

 

This nugget is the first of the RÉSERVA ATRIUM line.
