Flaloon is a blond sour saison with spelt produced on Hof ten Dormaal's farm. After fermentation, we infused the beer with sweet woodruff (Asperule Odorante), a local wild plant which gives some herbal and anis notes.

​

This brew is pretty meaningful to us as Andre and Jef were one of the first Belgian brewers we met when we came back from Brazil.

6 years later and many msgs and calls… we can definitely call them “Friends”.
